Is life stressing you out? Are you disorganized and depressed? You don’t have to be. I know, you may feel that what you are dealing with is just too overwhelming, to daunting to get past. How am I ever going to get out of this hole, you say to yourself. It is not easy, but you can do it. If you believe in a higher power, you draw on that faith, that belief, that everything will be alright. Ask HIM to help you, get on your knees and pray to HIM. If HE brought you to it, HE will bring you through it.

What you can do is write everything down that is bothering you. Start by breaking things down into small pieces, and handle each one a day at a time. It will be easier if you think of the problem(s) differently. Instead of seeing the problem as unsurmountable, take one thing (one piece) from the problem, and think of a way to solve it. What did you do in the past, to solve that one problem? Then look at another problem on your list. Can you rearrange some thing? Is there someone you can ask for help? Someone that you trust? Someone that supports you and will not let you down? If you don’t have a person like that in your life, it is okay. You just have to change the way you are thinking about your situation, and tackle it, a bit at a time. It may take you longer, but so what. The point is to get it done, so you can start to relax and feel less pressure/ stress.
